Sam Godding
CEO

Sam has been the CEO of Itec Global for over ten years, delivering large multifaceted projects in Africa and Asia. He has over twenty years of experience working in so many countries he’s lost count, giving him a wealth of knowledge in logistics and operations. Helping him deliver complex projects to a variety of private- and public-sector clients.

Prior to project implementation Sam works to provide turnkey solutions to clients by developing bespoke equipment with suppliers that match project goals. Then as the project progresses Sam arranges supply chains, coordinates international shipping and customs processing. During project implementation, Sam effectively manages a variety of on-site partners and oversees the day-to-day operations of the delivery and installation teams.

Sam is proficient at handling unforeseen situations during the installation stage, using his knowledge and lateral thinking to develop solutions that prevent delays. Sam provides clients with an exceptional service that delivers projects on time and exceeds project scope.

Jasmin Megert
Director of Projects

Jasmin was trained as a Secondary School Teacher in Switzerland (MA in Secondary Education) with a focus on Geography and Biology. She has worked across all sectors and in many industries: teaching in primary and secondary schools (all subjects and multi-year classes), Interpol and Europol police cooperation at the Federal Department of Justice and Police, and project management and intelligence analysis to combat wildlife crime at various NGOs in the UK.

She has a breadth of experience working overseas with public and third-sector partners in countries such as Nepal, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Nigeria, the Republic of Congo, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Ghana. Jasmin oversees Itec Global’s project portfolio, ensuring effective project delivery within budget and within timescales, manages UK staff, builds and leads in-country teams, identifies and mitigates risks and issues, sets the strategic directions for the company’s portfolio of projects, and maintains strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Her enthusiasm and persuasive approach ensure exceptional outcomes in every engagement.

Cressy Wooding
Head of Business Operations

Cressy has worked in business operations and project and programme management for over twenty years in the third, public, and private sectors. She has created administrative, financial and business systems from scratch for a variety of businesses.

She is passionate about developing and optimising processes, strategic planning and ensuring a robust foundation on which a business can operate and thrive. She is also highly experienced in all aspects of project management, including developing successful business cases, project scheduling, risk management, benefits management and budgeting. Cressy has delivered waterfall and AGILE projects with a wide range of workstreams and complexity for her clients.

She also has experience in setting up a Project Delivery Centres of Excellence to provide project delivery frameworks for an organisation developing portfolio approaches to governance
